set up is impossible!

It would be great if we could open it from the box and it would work...but it doesn't.
So frustrated...NO instructions. Nothing to say what needs to be done or how. Have inserted the CD and nothing opens.
Poor communications, poor instructions. what a mess!

Truly a Plug 'n Play product that met every expectation and thensome!! Projector was shipped on schedule, and arrived just in time to be used for a very memorable 50th Birthday Party!! Projector worked flawlessly & wowed all the guests with sight & sound!! Will definitely recommend to friends!!

My first projector I find it very easy to set up, and use it is not to big and the picture is great. the built in slide show is very slow and hard to use, would be better if you could load a PPT and run it. but all in all very nice unit

The reviews said it works right out of the box with no techie lingo. You were absolutely right. Outstanding picture and sound for an economy projector. Sure to look so savvy with my first presentation.

The Epson PowerLite was purchased as a gift from our Youth Group to our Church. We love the quality of this product. However, it is important to know that the guide really needs to be read before using. The easy set up guide is okay, but it does not state what type of DVD to use with this product. Also I had to read in one section to go to page 69 to find out what type of DVD to use. A training will be done so that the projector is used properly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm very satisfied with this product. It is versatile and a complete package for my needs as a mobile DJ. I have used it multiple times with great results.

Great product so far - exceeded my expectation so far as well..I had order a projector from another company and had to return it....this one is a keeper...I used it to watch movie mostly and the speaker and clarity and sounds and picture is exceptional.....Don't waste your time with others...I got this one for a 100.00 more but again well worth the difference....
