Our carpeted basement stairs were getting very dirty. I had tried to clean them with a spray cleaner but that made things worse. I purchased a Bissell Spot machine and used it with their Spot & Stain formula and couldn't believe how easy it was. The steps look SO much better. I will do them again soon and they will look like new. Thank you for two wonderful products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best carpet shampoo I've used. I use it in my bissell spot remover machine but it worked so much better than my Hoover shampoo in my Hoover carpet shampooer, I switched to using Bissell in there instead.
