Cable jack too short on phone side

My son got it for his birthday, but no sound on his Samsung Galaxy S5 mini. Checked with other headset models we have home, the phone jack works normally. Comparing the different cables, it seems the JBL jack is too short. Plugging it into my Samsung note 4 does not fit properly neither, only get a sound when pressing it down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your using a phone casing on your mobile phone and while connecting the E30, it's possible that it's not plugged in all the way because the phone casing is obstructing the path of the headphone jack.

AWESOME SOUND!!!

I use these headphones at work for music (approx. 10 hrs. a day) and the sound quality of JBL headphones is second to none.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good not Great

I needed some wireless headphones and purchased them on sale at Target. The were secure in a box with no samples out for a demo. Easy set up, the feel good on the ear too. Nice clear sound . At this price point I got what I paid for but thought JBL would step it up over other brands. ( like they do with speakers I have owned. ) but not the case here.. I am going keep these but would recommend going up a model level or two.

NOT GOOD FOR A DJ THE SYNCHROS E30 DO NOT WORK WELL WITH DJ QUALITY SOUND WITH NUMARK MIXDECK OR THE NV MIXDECK THE HEADPHONES ARS NOT STADJP NEED NEW ONES.
