cant turn off the headphones

i just bought this morning and since i use it twice both time hard to turn them off
the sound i like it then i try to install on laptop didnt connect no driver for it and only can use in my phone
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sorry to hear you're having issue with our product. To turn the J46BT off, the power button must be pressed and held for 2-3 seconds. The J46BT does not require a specific dirver. It utilizes the standard Bluetooth Stereo Audio drivers available in most computers. It is possible that your computer does not support or is not setup to support Stereo Audio Bluetooth connection. Your best bet is to go into your control panel and find the Bluetooth setup. This setup usually provides a setup wizard and will take you through the steps to install the drivers needed for Stereo Audio.

Fell apart

Got them as grift from my son. Covers of earbuds broke off and have to held together with tape. Still working but wish they were more durable
