A JBL shame

I bought the headphones, j46BT model, when they were fully charged, I tried to connect, but it turns out they have a password and I've never been able to use them. The manuals are a shame.

This product has too short of connectivity range. I purchased this to listen to my music from my phone while I'm working at home. As soon as I walked a few steps away from my phone, the sound keeps getting glitch and losing connection. I have to carry my phone with me at all time not to loose the connection. DO NOT BUY THIS!! Unless you want to carry phone no matter what.

Couldn't use them not even once

I bought them for my wife as a present. She couldn't make them work at all. I thought it was that she is not technically savvy but I spent hours and cannot charge them. The manuals are no help at all. I would never recommend to buy this product.

Disappointed

I received these earphones as a birthday present recently and I was excited to use them and they just didn't charge. I thought maybe I was charging them wrong but no that didn't seem to be the problem. Took them back for an exchange thinking I just got a bad pair and once again had the same problem with the second brand new pair. So sad because I really liked the style of them but they are worthless!

Sound cuts out frequently

The headphones charge fine and pair easily, but after music begins it cuts out repeatedly when running or exercising. This renders them useless as I cannot listen to music.

Mine stopped working after 3 months

I loved these earbuds while they worked but one day they decided they wouldn't connect via bluetooth. I tried the next day and they would not turn on. Now they won't even light up when connected to the charger. Not sure what to do.

Audio Issues

I have used these for a few months now and the sound quality is very poor. There is constant static, especially when my phone is in my pocket. I have other cheaper BT headsets and they don't have this problem.

Died after 4 months

I bought these on 2-9-16 and it's 6-14-16 and now they won't even turn on!! I've taken excellent care of them. Kept them in a wooden box when not using and they just quit working. Good product other than the fact they won't work after 4 months use. I do not recommend this product.
