The battery isn't long

Since I bought this headphone it never played more then 30 minutes! I'm very disapointed!

Great sound terrible design for working out

I received these as a Christmas present and was thrilled to have wireless headphones to work out in. While they are very tough (survived multiple runs in the rain and an inadvertent trip through the washing machine) they don't like to stay in your ear when working out. I am constantly re-adjusting them on my long runs which both slows me down and irritates me.

Battery life not great

I made an impulse buy at the airport a few weeks ago and I am still trying to figure out whether I made a mistake. The battery life seems to be quite bad on my headset (not sure if its a bad head set or this is standard?). Sometimes when I put my phone in my back pocket the bluetooth seems to cut off. I will take into shop to get some feedback. But pretty disappointed at this stage

Very low lifetime. Looks like the swat was the problem for my jbl. The result is 1 month lifetime.

i have had for about 3 months...for the cost and JBL name, I am very disappointed. Direction sheet that comes in the box tells you nothing. The so called manual is wasted paper in 3 languages. You have to figure out "how to" by pictures which is great in concept but you quickly discover it is limited. NO info/instructions on the accessories that come with it, like 'how to' change the ear pieces or the proper direction for the orange silicon ear pieces that are suppose to help keep in your ear. And while they don't fall out of my ear, they don't stay in comfortably. I am CONSTANTLY having to push them back in, and all I use them for is to listen to music at my desk while working. Not exercising or any active movement. Sound is high (like listening to a radio with NO bass), my cheep plug in ear buds have a better depth of sound.

As for the ear pieces, it comes with 3 sizes (S, M, L), if it keeps falling out try using the large size. The lack of bass is likely caused by the earpad not sitting all the way inside the ear. There needs to be a tight seal for proper reproduction. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.

Decent sound, difficult pair-ability

The sound is fine (lower registers don't present well at all), and there's no back or forward functionality. The initial release from cords really got me excited about the product, but after a week with them I'm sending them back for a different model.
They didn't fit well in my ear at first, and kept falling out. After I added the orange wings to them, though, they stopped falling out of my ear and stayed in the whole time. I haven't tried running with them but I don't think they'd have trouble with the wings connected.
My problem is mainly with pairing and connections. I have a Galaxy S5, a Lenovo laptop, and a PlayStation 4. It pairs immediately with my S5, and my Lenovo, but fails to pair with my PS4, claiming there's no compatible (for lack of a better term) drive. In other words, it'll take a very specific update to the PS4 to connect. Unlikely. And although it pairs with my Lenovo, it fails to connect to the computer, so when I want to study with my headphones in, I can't do that with these.
Overall they're fine if you want an okay sound that'll only pair with mobile devices, and has trouble staying in your ear.

Great sound???

Maybe the ones I purchased are defective, but I cannot understand how any review could give these more than a one (or zero) star. I've tried using the different ear pieces, but the sound is not even close to a set of $12 earbuds.
