Horrible!

I bought this for my wife so she can use during crossfit. The sound is horrible, the fit is terrible (even with the additional tips and wings provided) and the weight of the bud is too heavy. Documentation provided was vague and lacked sufficient detail. Overall a disappointment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pros:
Good build amd sound quality, thinner cable compared to other products, turns off automatically when Bluetooth is switched off, nice case.

Cons:
Lack of mic, huge earpiece plastic part sticking out of your ear, low battery notification sounds just minutes before it dies, neat looking but complicated charger.

1- Sound great but not so loud special in gym with traffic 2
2- where is the mic i looked every where not found and people can't heard me.
3- no forward and rewind bottom make me get back to my device thats what i don't like

I've had these ear buds for a few weeks now are they work great. Sounds quality is awesome as expected from JBL. Use them mostly for the gym and bike riding. Work well for both applications. The only downsides are the volume level (need to be louder) and not being able to change tracks from the control.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Could have had better instructions, instead of 3 lines in 37 languages. I got them for my son because everyone was back ordered on Beats. Good price. He said he'd rather wait so I kept them. Good sound, takes getting used to the little rubber ear wedges. I rigged up a little clip for the back of my collar because every time you turn your head it pulls out the opposite side. JBL if you want my fix call me, you have my email.

Excellent product, plus it allows desing not stay in the ear, throughout the course, there is already some kind of clip for fixing it on the better ear? Other than that flawless!
