Shortest lifespan ever

Good quality ear phones but after 6 months the batteries no longer charge.very bad performance.

Failed out of box

Received as a gift and right away could not get them to work. Worst set of instructions I have ever seen. Can not tell if they are charging or not. According to the instructions I believe the light should be solid. But I plug them in and the light goes on and then goes away. So I am not sure what is going on. Tried to turn on and nothing happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointment with Great Sound !

I am big fan of JBL products but this is one of the most disappointment products I have ever purchased! The sound is great but the USB-rechargeable battery cable is a terrible design!!! It does not stay on the headphone & after a few months you need to squeeze the USB-chargeable to the headphones so they make contact to headphones to charge annoying!!!!!!!

Broke in less then a month.

Doesn't hold a charge. Light goes on as if it is going to charge and then goes off. For the first week it worked fine. Junk.

I received these headphones as a Christmas gift from my father in law, and I cannot even get them to connect to the charger long enough to charge. I have tried severa different USB charging blocks and computers, but it just won't connect for more than a few seconds. I'm too embarrassed to go to him and tell him that I can't get them to charge let alone WORK, and I don't know where he bought them so an exchange is impossible. Unbeievably horrible quality right out of the box. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. these are exactly as horrible as the other reviews say.

Excellent headphones for the price point

I do not understand the low ratings for these headphones. They are easy to use and pair quickly with your device. The sound quality - lows, mids, and highs are excellent provided a good seal with the ear. Good bluetooth range, battery life, and comfort. They do not fall out of my ears and I couldn't give them a higher recommendation especially with a price point so far below competitors of similar quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worth the money

Pros: balanced, crisp sound. Bluetooth, microphone, compatibility, style, ease of use, battery life.
Cons: default eartips. I wanted to use them for working out. And it's great to work out without a wire going to my phone on my arm. But they don't stay in the ear without a headband. I'm currently looking for some ear clips I can slide on the headphones for working out. Then these would be 5 star.
Overall, great buy. Thumbs up JBL.

Nice BT earbuds

Really love these, excellent sound, somewhat isolating, great battery life for such a small size. Comes with these orange "stabilizing sports cushions" but the instructions don't illustrate how they go on precisely, I see where they go and I have them there, but the instructions don't go into what angle they're supposed to be set at, I tried them on but I found them more annoying than helpful so I took them back off.
Cons: only complaint I have is a few weeks after using them quite a lot the micron layer on the usb connector (the white slab and space you see when you look at the connector dead-on, that white slab is micron, or micron-like plastic I suppose) got cracked, and a piece fell out. I've NEVER seen that in a standard USB connector before. But the ear buds still charge. I'll buy another if this set goes south, I like this product that much.
