Overall good headphones

I bought it last day but today while charging I come to know one thing which I want to share you guys. It can not be charged with your power banks. It only gets charged with direct current from you plug.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for purchasing the E40BT. What you are experiencing is not normal. All E series can be powered by the power bank that is supplied in the packaging without any issue. I noticed that you are in Dubai. I would recommend to contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can further help.

I want to love these but geeze.

Father's day was Sunday 6/19/16, I wear them during my drive to work on Monday and I am digging this (pretty comfortable, sound is great, microphone is even better, and the button-controls are very intuitive), I set them down on my desk and this little button pops off. During the week my daughter returns the broken headphones and produces a new set. I wear the new ones for 1.5 days and the same thing happens.
Like I said I'm highly motivated to love these since they're a gift but man, some things and people are harder to love than others. 3 stars is all I can give up and I can't recommend a product that does this, sorry guys.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Tried many brands at various price points and this is the best sounding wireless headphones for this price and surpassing some of the higher priced headphones. Great balance in the sound. Thoroughly surprised with the quality of the sound. Haven't had it for a long time so can't really comment on the durability yet. Thinking of getting another pair to try out the share me feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So bad

Broke after 2h of usage. Right speaker got short circuits, power on/off button do not work, uncomfortable. Loose plastic parts. Worth half of price max.

Great but I have a liiittle problem

The left earpiece has lower volume than the right. I try a little adjustment and its back. Then suddenly becomes lower again. NEED HELP
but overall.. The sound is better and less stress bcoz there's no wires

What you are experiencing is not normal. Usually when something this suddenly happens, it is very often a change in the setup. Please check the settings in your Bluetooth source to be sure that the balance (left to right) is set in the middle/center. If you are using it wired, please ensure that that cable is inserted correctly to the source. I noticed that you are in the Philippines. If none of these things work, please send an e-mail to support.apac@harman.com and the Customer Service will be more than happy to further assist you.

I really liked these until they stopped working

I got a pair of these for Christmas last year and was very happy with them. The sound quality is decent and they are pretty comfortable. The battery power isn't too shabby either. Unfortunately The sound stopped working in the left speaker a few months ago.

Amazing sound for price point!

I was not expecting the sound these headphones have to offer. Great low end as well. I love the functionality and overall design. My only issue is size of hear piece tends to be a bit small.. gets uncomfortable after wearing a while.
