Good piece of equipment, but not perfect

I'm not that much of a music-addicted-geek, but I value good quality music equipment.
That being said I have to say that E50BT is a *very good* piece of wireless equipment, but it's not perfect. Below a few things that IMHO could be improved: - buttons on the left side should have some "3D markers" (I don't know how to call it exactly) to identify which button I'm pressing - now I encounter situations where I think I'm pressing "Volume Up (+)" but actually I'm pressing the start/stop button - sound quality (especially high tones) isn't bad, but could be better (I know you can do better!) - folding the speakers is pretty much useless (at least for me), one cannot actually decrease the size of the headphones, which is the expected result of folding, It just changes the shape of the headphones a little bit - the pressure of the headphones on ones ears is a little too big IMHO (but this is probably user-specific), makes it a little painful to wear them when using for a long time
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great sound for the price...

Love the headphones. I been using them for three months. Only problem, is the right earphone cover came off. I am finding it very difficult to put back in place. Any suggestions?

Broke very soon

Sound is great, but cheap plastics on extension broke just after 2 months. Dissapointment for such a price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2 days of pleasure...

Bought these 2 units of JBL E50BT on Tuesday at a local fair here in Singapore for a steal.
Brought in out yesterday, and it was fabulous. The Bluetooth ShareMe feature in great. No issues the whole day ... Battery was great too ...lasted the whole day despite not being charge when i took both out from it's the box. Brought the wires along in case but not needed.. (Fantastic) .. Came home and put both on charge the whole night. Funny I don't see any charging indicators.. is it normal?
Next day, both the headphone's Bluetooth wouldn't start. This is not something I would expect from an established label such as JBL. Wondering what went wrong. ..

Bought my pair of E50BT's 6 months ago. A couple of weeks ago the Bluetooth button broke so I just used the cable. The other day the headband broke while I was putting them on. Shoddy, cheap junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great and then stopped charging recently

Purchased these headphones exactly a year ago and then all of a sudden they stopped charging. The light comes on when you plug them in but it won't turn on when you try to use them unplugged. Quite disappointing given the money spent on these. Was even ready to purchase a pair for my spouse then this happened :-(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great sound and function. Poor build quality

I would go for the 4 stars due the the overall value of the headphones but then the headband broke. Bought them a bit more than a year ago and I have been very happy with the quality of sound - nice balanced bass not too strong and pronounced (personal preference), nice dynamic middles, and clear tremble - functionality and comfort (could be a bit better). Then things went wrong with the headband.
Truth be told there have been a couple of times that maybe I twisted it a bit more than I should but I was very careful overall with a case for when not using them, etc. First the right side went bad. the plastic "cap", that is screwed at the end of the leather before the expansion area, broke. When I removed the cap to see what went wrong I was surprised by what I found. I am not sure how this design passed through QA. Basically is a group of frail plastics and the way the expandable piece is being held in the headband is ridiculous. Some time later the left side went too.
I am not going more into detail cause I find it pointless but I now have a pair of functional, good sound quality headphones that I have to glue together from time to time until that stops working. This is my first time ever I have structural instead of electronics damage and that in just a year of usage.
I will recommend the set only because of the price/sound quality they offer. But if you are not a careful person then stay away. Take it from a quite careful person that had them fail.

My best headphone ever!

I bought it ~2 years ago and I'm very satisfied. Excellent sound and features. - My phone is in the house on charger and I listen music at the end of garden. 40-50 meters. Cool :) - Unpluggable cords. Great! - Don't press my ears after 5-6 hrs. -
