Excel·lent sound. 4th month righ side not working

I bought these headphones because its beautiful design and because JBL is a good brand in the sound market. The sound was excel·lent and the pair system is easy and good. The problem is that in the 4th month of use the righ side has stopped working.
I've seen in the comments is not an isolated case, more people have same problem.
I hope they solve my problem quick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We're sorry to hear if you were not satisfied with our product. Usually when something this suddenly happens, it is very often a change in the setup. Please check the settings in your Bluetooth source to be sure that the balance (left to right) is set in the middle/center. If you are using it wired, please ensure that that cable is inserted correctly to the source.
I noticed that you are in Spain. If the issue persists, please contact the store where you purchased it and they will be able to help, or at least guide you to the people that can help.

Good tool but cheaply made

I'm absolutely loving this headphone. In my point of view it's a good tool BUT cheaply made! A headphone made out of mostly thinly molded plastic?! This is unacceptable. After Once the "necks" that support the earphones are plastic, thinly molded plastic, they never, NEVER last long with regular use. The "necks" on these are supported by a thin piece of aluminum but this is just not good enough. Plastic has no business here for a "premium" headphone, knowing that here's where damage usually happens when headphones are accidentally, physically damaged. After one month of active usage I have a broken headphones.

I Loved them until...

They were working great and one day while listening to the radio the right ear just stopped playing. I thought they were dead so charged them, no luck. I tried to listen with the plug no luck. Not sure why they just died in one ear. Especially for what I paid for them. so they were great until they decided to do that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery issue

this headphone was great .. the sound and the battery at first.. ive been using it for less than two months now but recently i have this issue while charging it, sometimes it charges directly sometimes not and when fully charged and it indicates that on the iphone i turn it off for half an hour then when i try to turn it on again its drained or dnt turn on at all .. its not heavily used and its almost brand new and i've tried ti search for such problem online i can find non i dnt know whats wrong it was working perfectly and out of blue that happened and it didnt fall or get any water contact .. any help ??!! thanks

Photos - after 6 months of use. Ok, no problem, fixed it. Used one year more, and now just be thrown out. Is this an exception and I myself broke it? I doubt, because I take care of things very carefully, and there are a lot of such cases.

Extremely happy!

I've now owned these headphones for three months and am very happy with my decision! The sound is great across many types of music. My playlists includes a little bit of everything except for classical. I'm very happy with the bass...not over powering but heavy enough to really do the job!
Bluetooth has been excellent as well both for music and to take calls. I have used it for making work calls (initially to test) without any problems. Switching devices as someone mentioned as an issue...is not an issue. Simply hold the button and it takes up the device.
Comfort is very good as well. Some have mentioned ear phone size. I have medium sized ears (I think) and haven't had any issues yet with discomfort. Longest wear period has been about an hour. May realize more as spring and summer come.
Bottom line...I'm not an audiophile but I did a lot of comparison shopping and listening before purchasing...and I completely stand by this purchase (shop.ca).
I had the on ear Bose Bluetooth headphones, my daughter owns the over the ear Beats (non Bluetooth) and in all honesty the JBL's sound quality totally competes with the Bose and Beat the Beats by a wide margin...even my 13 year old daughter agreed my new JBL's sound was better than her Beats.
I highly recommend these headphones for the quality, sound and price...especially for Bluetooth!
I would recommend this to a friend!
