overall quality is good !

but the right side suddenly stopped working after 1 year, even with wired connection. i checked all connections inside and out and everything is connected and no damage. i seldom use it, and i kept it in my cabinet. maybe it was triggered by time???

right side volume dead

I bought these and had them for over a year. They sound(ed) great until this afternoon (5:15pm). I use it for my almost daily commute and the battery life lasted all week long on one charge, and I had no problems with it until today. I didn't mistreat it, I just kept it in my messenger bag when not in use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Solid headphones

I bought this yesterday (my first JBL headphones). First impression: heavy. But after I had tried dozen other headphones I decided to pay twice as much as I had expected for this one. It has been much more comfortable than others. Production quality is top. Every single piece is very well-fitting, well-designed and looks durable.
Quality of sound is average. It sounds clear but a bit flat and I expected more (I couldn't try it in a shop) but I am satisfied despite this. Basses are good. There is NO noise, no crackling. Connecting is very simple. I can listen to the music throughout the house.
Build-in steering is very smart. I used only volume buttons but it is a great idea to place it in the left earphone and do it as one big button. It makes it convenient to use.
Overall, I recommend these headphones.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sounds Great but.

Volume control, phone controls, speakers all excellent. I don't know and have never met anyone with perfectly round ears. These earcups are somewhat soft but anything over an hour causes headaches. Thats as long as I can wear them.

broken left side

i bought 1 year ago and i was very happy with sound quality & bluetooth worked fine.but now while listening music, the left side, the plastic that holds the headphone sudenly broken.i cant beleive that happened from a serious brandname.

Drivers (?) are broken because Windows detects headphones or not... randomly. You CANNOT use these headphones while charging! Beeping constantly while charging - don't try to do this by night.
Overall: quite good sound quality but constant connecting issues are irritating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Headband just snap

so i got this headphones in December 2017 and it was very good. The sound quality is on top everything is good except the durability of the headband. 6 months it was doing good but one day it snap inside from the leather wraps but it still works. The thing is i was wondering if the headband of the inside has poor materials but if this headphones can still be fix plz inform me

Poor quality of materials used

Its been 9 months since purchase, and they already broken in multiple spots. The only highlight is sound quality, but it doesn't matter when your headphones can't stick to your head, right? Would not recommend to anyone, for that value I expected better durability. I can't use warranty as the damage is mechanical, but how I could damage them in the office?
