This is perfect for a little player. The clarity is awesome also. The only thing I don't like is that I cant see the buttons because its in an entertainment center. Other than that its great.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight

Easy set up and to quickly view my blueray dvd's. The remote control could have better color buttons to identify the various functions more easily.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to set up
Cons: function buttons unreachable on tall settings.

Good Blu-ray player with average features

The player and usb port seems to work well. Little disappointed that it did not have the Amazon Instant Video App, would recommend the BD-F7500. Also, the dlna feature appears not to work with the HomeRun Prime device, I need to review further.
Pros: Lightweight

Problem with remote

The player is OK but the remote is terrible, as follows:
The back is round and very slippery. I had to tape that knobby-rubber shelf-liner stuff to the back so when I press a button it wouldn't "spin" in my hand - I suggest a textured surface for a better grip.

Next - the buttons are too small and in a bad "order" - suggest stop and home buttons moved away from "play" button. Also, suggest this order left to right: "reverse" - "play" - "pause" - "forward" with "chapter forward and backward buttons" on another row.
Half of the buttons on the remote seem to serve no purpose so you have plenty of room for this design change.
Last - the battery compartment cover is very difficult to remove and the batteries have to be "spun" every couple of days to make the device work - probably due to bad connection or inferior metal at the battery terminals.
You might want to consider providing a PDF online for instructions on how to operate the remote - and the player itself.
The player itself:
The controls should be on the front - not on the top where they are unseen. I had to tape a mirror on the top at an angle to see when / if the unit was "on." Black on black is not a good color for control buttons - too hard or impossible to see without a flashlight.

I actually do like this player. It was very easy to set up and to connect to my wireless network. Also unlike my ultra smart 4k TV, this ALWAYS connects to Youtube whenever I request it. Never times out or say unable to find content. It is small and very light. The only small quirk would be that the remote is bigger than expected but way smaller than those cable box remote (as a comparison)
I wouldn't hesitate to get this since set up was a breeze
