BEST BAR I HAVE TESTED. This is the best doorway pull up bar that I have used. It is offset from the doorway which allow you more room to do the exercises, it is elevated so you can stand up vs kneeling and it is a superior design. Kudos to GoFit.

BUY IT!! Easy to setup. I’ve already put this puppy through the ringer in the little time I’ve had it. Lol Over 2000 pull-ups in a month with a 20lb vest. Definitely would recommend to anyone trying to get a good workout at home. This is my 4th home pullup bar I’ve owned. Gave away my others over the years as I’ve been in and out of gyms and again out cause of covid19. So had to buy another but definitely the best I’ve owned. I love how it elevates you above the door frame so you won’t have to pick up your feet much. I got the knee raise sleeves afterwards that hook onto the bar and works great as well. Now the only drawback is the foam is soft and will damage your door frame so make sure to fortify the ends ASAP. I used some old knee sleeves and works great. Also the foam grips start to rip too but just buy some goat tape and your good. I imagine the foam grips would hold up better if your not using the bar everyday I like did. Lol

Great pull up bar. I am 6'2 185, my roommate is 5'7 185. we both love it. The grip on the widest part is great for wide pullups. Some reviews said it is wabbly or hard to put together, I didnt find that to be the case. Put it together in 10 minutes and it was ready for use. This would probably wobble if you do kipping pullups, but hey, go outside and build yourself something super solid for that.

I read all these reviews and I was a little afraid of making this purchase but there just is no other products like this one without buying a tower. I'm a tall guy need the elevated bar.First off let me say I saw the problems that people described while putting this thing together and I had no trouble getting around them. In fact I took notes so I could post here tips for putting it together.TIPS:1) Skip step 4 of the instructions this is where you make the two bolts not line up. You can and should do step 4 last.2) Do not tighten anything until everything is together. The reason being is if you try to tighten it during assembly you will end up with uneven bars ( like I did but I fixed it)3) when it is all together put the bar up side down on a hard flat surface, This will get the bars square4) now tighten the bolts from the top down (with it upside down you are starting with the straight bar that is normally the bottom.Being a perfectionist I got mine perfect and then learned that not a single doorway in my house is even, but it's all plenty good enough. I feel this is a fantastic product I have been using it all day.Sadly I don't think I will be able to use my arms tomorrow :)

I've owned this pullup bar for seven years and lived in four different apartments (so I've assembled it five separate times!) and it's great. Assembly is a bit fussy, but I haven't had any real problems. I've never had trouble with it wobbling, shifting, or leaving marks. I'm definitely a lightweight (

I purchased this because of the elevated handles. The straight metal bar that braces against the door frame is 36" wide. The square plastic bar braces against the top of the door frame and has 3 height adjustments to clear the width of the door trim. If your door trim is exceptionally thick the vertical bars may contact it and cause minor damage to the trim. This can be corrected by placing something to act as padding. The overall quality is very good. I recommend this product. I read some of the problems that other people had with this. It seems that they can all be eliminated if you read the instructions, take your time in assembly, and use care the first time that you install and use this.

Got this during the COVID stay at home orders. I was so hesitant to order one of these because I am very mechanically unable. However, I followed the directions and used a level and put it together in about 45 minutes. It's definitely sturdy and I like the varying grips. I've even been able to hang rings off of it to do dips. Would definitely recommend for your at-home workout needs.
