Not very impressed. As long as you prefer to NOT vacuum under low furniture, OR under your bed! It has no underbed attachment, and the hose is only long enough to reach arm's length. Any further, the machine will tip over, and cut off. Additionally, the small attachable head is ONLY abut 4 inches in width. Even though, it does very well on general carpet surfaces, I am not impressed with it simply because I cannot vacuum under the beds. Looking to purchase another machine, possibly Dyson and get rid of of this one. I prefer the ability to vacuum under furniture, especially my bed! Would NOT recommend this vacuum to anyone.

Hi there! We're sorry to hear the WindTunnel T-Series Rewind did not suite your cleaning needs. We appreciate your feedback. Perhaps our Air Steerable model would work better for your home. This model will recline down to the floor for cleaning under the furniture and beds. Feel free to check it out here: http://bit.ly/1nyEVKd. Hope this helps!
This is the second Windtunnel I have bought. The first one was for my daughter and she's had good use the past two years. We had to clean the hose after using it to pick up Christmas tree needles, but other than routine filters cleaning, thats about it. Now I have one of my own and I just moved into a new house. Great pick up so far.
I used another vacuum before this and I was surprised at the amount of stuff hoover picked up. My wife got tired of me saying "look at what it picked up"----from room to room.
Works ok! Can not keep belt on vacuum. Bought new belt made no difference. Every time we use it the belt comes off even from the first time we bought i.

Hi Cdw46! You shouldn't have any problems with the belt to your cleaner. We want to help. You will receive a private email shortly for further assistance.
Have had this vaccumn for about 8 mths now, it was one of the newer ones available in my price range. Worked fantastic the first couple of months. Granted we have two dogs and two cats and I frequently take apart and clean the agitator brush and both filters. I have a constant problem with the belt falling off. I realize that it does this to prevent the motor from overheating. I have replaced the agitator brush once thinking it may have worn down at the belt location, also have replaced belts regularly, thinking they may have stretched out. But this seems to be an actual problem with this vaccumn. Also the curved tube near the bottom coming up from the agitator brush contantly gets clogged with fur, needing also to be disassembled and cleaned frequently. Lastly because of unscrwing the panel by the belt, the screws are starting to strip and will not hold securely anymore. You know, year agos I could have owned a Hoover for 10 years. Now it seems as if I will have to replace it after a year. Not sure why. I don't even use the attachments.

Hi binky7! The belt on your T-Series should be holding up better than that. For optimal performance, we recommend using only genuine Hoover belts with the cleaner. They are always available here: http://bit.ly/1M8796i. If the lower hose continually clogs, this could mean it's not getting completely clear. Try this: drop a coin down the lower tube area after you've cleaned it. If it's completely clear, the coin will drop out. Hope this helps!

I bought this the day before my birthday and considered it a gift to myself. I am tired of having ho-hum vacuums and really hope this one does the trick. I have a German Shepherd puppy and the hair oh my goodness! So far this vacuum has not let me down on my weekly cleaning chores! I LOVE the cord recall, what a blessing that feature is!
This vacuum had great suction -- the week that I had it. I have bare floors. I saw that you couldn't turn off the roller brush when I bought the vacuum, but since it had settings for bare floors, I thought it wouldn't be a problem. The first time I used it, I noticed that little bits of trash were hitting my shins. I can't really use a vacuum that spits trash at me, but if you have carpet, it might work great.

Hi BareWithMe! Your WindTunnel T-Series should work well on bare floors. But, if you have primarily bare floors, we actually recommend a vacuum with a brushroll shut-off option for best performance. Check out the WindTunnel 3. See it here: http://bit.ly/NLluPL. We hope this is helpful!
I chose the Wind Tunnel to replace my in-home vac because of good reviews and the suggestion of my housekeeper. I've only had it for a month, but it seems to do a fine job. I bought the same model for my daughter last Xmas and she is very happy with hers, too.
