over all it seems better than my 12 year old vac but the shorter cord is a nuisance and the high pitched whining sound is going to take a lot of getting used too

I love this vacuum. The little spinning accessory is great. Cord is kind of stiff and could be a bit longer. Is there a floor wand available for purchase? I doesn't get into all the corners so a floor wand would be great.

I purchased this vacuum 7 months ago. I have had problems already. The hose jams at the bottom of the vacuum which will cause it to overheat and shut off. I called the manufacturer and I was instructed how to remove the hose and unclog the vacuum. I did not expect to have to work on a vacuum cleaner that I considered to be still new.

Hi! We're sorry to hear you're having problems with your T-Series clogging. To prevent constant clogging we recommend to empty the canister after each use. Also, rinsing the primary filter located in the dirt cup lid periodically and removing any carpet fibers or strings off the brush-roll will decrease clogging as well. Hope this helps!

I purchased this for our new church. I chose this one because it has a wider head and according to the consumer digest, it has the features that would work best for the large area that will be vacuumed. We have only used it a couple of times, but it seems to be working very well.
