Just assembled it.....the easiest assembly I've ever experienced! You should advertise that fact since I was hesitant to order online due to this....thanks!
Every time I bump something with the front of the vacuum, the belt pops off. I probably replace it 20 times during a typical cleaning session. I also can't completely access the insides in order to see if there's something stuck...loss of suction noted, especially when I use the "stair" tool.

Hi Red Dave! The belt on your WindTunnel T-Series should not fall off during use. We want to help. For optimum performance, we recommend changing the belt every 6-12 months. You can always find replacement belts for your cleaner here: http://bit.ly/1M8796i.
If you're noticing a loss of suction for your cleaner, there may be a clog in your hose. Please remove the hose from both ends of the machine and run a broomstick through to clear any debris. Please remove and clean both filters as well. Once completed, the hose should regain its suction power. If you need further assistance, feel free to call us at 1-800-944-9200 M-F 8-am-6pm EST. We're here for you!
It's works wonders on my carpet. But on my hard floor it seems to kick dirt up at me from behind. I end up just using the hose and sucking stuff up that way.

Hi Lynn09! We're happy to hear your WindTunnel® T-Series™ Rewind Plus Bagless Upright works well for your carpets. This model does not feature a brushroll shutoff, so the brushes will continue to spin when the unit is used on hard floors. This can cause the debris to scatter. If you're looking for a unit to do both carpets and hard floors, it sounds like a unit with the brushroll shutoff such as model UH70905 may better suite your cleaning needs. Feel free to take a look here: http://bit.ly/1wTiUY2. If further assistance is needed feel free to give us a call at 1-800-944-9200 M-F from 8am-6pm EST. We're here for you!

I've had this product for just over 1 year. The cleaning indicator never worked. The light burned out after a few months. It did have good sucion and cleaning power and worked well on bare floors. Fairly easy to clean. The clamp that holds the cord out of the way broke. I tried to keep the cord free, but was unsuccessful and the vaccum chewed it in half. No local repair available. Won't by the same machine again.

I just love my new Hoover vacuum and thought I should go to every apartment in my building and vacuum until my hearts content! This is the first new vacuum I've had in 30 years! Yeah!
Just replaced my old Dirt Devil after 10+ years. It seems to pick up dirt well and rolls pretty smoothly. The rewind cord is a nice improvement and the unit rolls smoothly. Only gripe so far is that I notice there is a fine layer of dust all over the wheels and some of the adjacent plastic parts along the lower areas. It is as though the seal is not good. I hope it is not dumping dirt back onto my carpet...
