I bought this vacuum couple of years back with lot of research. I start using it and had great results. But as time went on it lost suction and thought it is same kind of vacuum like others in the market. Since It was in warranty I got replacement piece as expected it started very well and slowly started losing suction. I gave up on this started research and bought Hoover Air in Black Friday deal but it did not have all feature like Hoover T series. Before giving up I gave a call to customer care and they were very helpful than expected and lot of stuff got struck in the hose which caused the issue... I don't know if it was a design flaw or something but it is the weak link for this model. Over all it works except it needs periodic cleaning of hose.
Ive only had this a short time, but I never realized the amount of dirt, that was left on my carpet, from my other vacuum. Had to empty my Hoover twice after, the first use. The only, thing I found wrong, was it's hard to pull the vacuum cord out, maybe it needs to be worked out a bit. until it more flexable.
I bought this same vacuum about five years ago and my children would make insane messes throughout the day and there wasn't a mess that was too big for this particular vacuum. I'm talking about full boxes of cereal or even those large tin cans full of popcorn that was poured out on the floor. It are through it all and it left the floor with no crumbs left behind ( just like you see on those infomercials ) I used the vacuum up to twenty times day on some days. I just recently had to put it to rest since my children ruined the cord. I've been searching for a new vacuum and I am actually going to purchase this vacuum again. It's definitely worth every penny spent on it. I highly recommend this particular vacuum
I've had this vacuum for a couple of years now and have had relatively few problems. I love that it can be almost completely taken apart if needed. My husband once vacuumed up fresh vomit (of the human variety) despite my protests, so I had to tear off all pieces to bleach the smell out of it. FYI, the agitator bar cannot be bleached and still work after! I only wish the roller brush attachment would work. It wasn't long after I got it that the suction was never sufficient enough to turn the brush anymore. Maybe it's a problem with the brush and not the suction?
My granddaughter and I purchased the wind tunnel T series about 8 years ago and aside from the "whining" it sings to me once in a while, it's still perking! My problem now: the rewind cord is "jammed" and I want to know how to fit it as I've tried removing some screws and it still won't budge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your review! We may be able to help get your cord working again. Please call us at 1.800.944.9200 for customer service. As for the little bit of "whining", it is most likely do to the vacuum's age and amount of use, but I'm happy to hear it is still perking! Thanks, Joseph - The Hoover Team
I bought this when I moved and purchased a new rug. Lpuove the rewind though the peddle is oddly on the opposite side of the machine. The suction and cleaning is great! Easy to dump the tank It is noisy though and can be hard to push due to the great suction. A little heavy too. Overall, I would buy this machine again as it is well built.
