My T-Series Windtunnel was my most favoured vacuum until suddenly, after only seven months, the plastic casing around the motor cracked and things seemed to go seriously downhill after that. However, after I complained to Hoover, they extremely promptly sent me a replacement, which is the updated model from my original vacuum. I am so impressed with their respect, patience and good customer service. I recommend working with Hoover to EVERYONE! Great product, and great customer service!

since day one of having this thing, the belt pops off just about every time I use it. buying a new belt today, but what's the point of having a vacuum if I have to keep putting the belt on EVERY time I use it? not a happy customer. thanks for nothing, hoover. should have bough the cheaper bissel. doesn't pick up nearly as well as my old dirt devil did. miss that thing.

This has been a great vacuum for apartment living. We've had it about 7 years and it's still going strong, although the cord doesn't wind back up completely anymore. It's small and lightweight but gets the job done. The crevice tool is pretty effective as well. I used to use the rotating brush for getting pet hair off furniture and it seemed to work well. Overall I highly recommend this vacuum and think it's a great value!

This vacuum is great for edge cleaning and making the carpets look like new! We thinking we needed to replace the carpets and after one vacuuming with the Wind tunnel, they looked like new.

Now that I have used it for 8 months, I feel I can honestly say it's great! Goes from tile to carpet to area rugs and performs on all. Of course, I get the book out and take it apart frequently - lots of kids and women with long hair in this household.

It would be a great vacuum if the belt wouldn't tear out every now and then. I bought it for a year and replaced more than 5 belts. I used other vacuums but did not ever have any issue with belts. Hoover really needs to work on this problem. They need to find out if it is a design fault or fault due to usage.

You shouldn't be going through that many if the height adjustor is set correctly. To do that, just start at the highest, pull back the handle and dial down until the brushroll barely touches the carpet. We want to help with your belt issue, so we're sending an email now. Thanks!

I bought my vacuum over three years ago and have been very happy with the performance. Only issues I have is when I use the hose the dirt flies out the bottom of the vacuum very annoying. so when I need to vacuum my stairs I use my shop vacuum instead due to no suction and when it does it spits it back out. other than that it is a very good vacuum especially if you have girls living in your house hold with long hair which I have three.
