I've had mine for 10 years and it still is working great! I'd also like to point out that I have 2 dogs and am vacuuming at least once a week. I highly recommend this vacuum!
I've had this unit for about two years, and with three dogs, it gets all the hair off carpet, wood floors and inside the car with ease. I regularly clean my unit every quarter or so from top to bottom, which takes about 30-60 minutes, but I believe this is the reason it's still working so well.
I bought this about 2 weeks ago. I bought it for a various number of reasons. the price, the reviews from Consumer Reports, & the brand name. Everything about it I love - sucks up stuff great, easy to clean, great attachments right on the unit, & the spring loaded cord roll up feature. Probably the only negative is you can't turn off the brush head on my hard floors but no biggy for me. Great Vacuum - I have a shark also and after vacuuming my floor with the shark - this unit picked up much more stuff so i know it is doing its job Thanks
Fatal flaws in engineering doom this vacuum cleaner

The design team for this vacuum cleaner should simply be fired. It has so many basic engineering flaws that prevent reliable long-term use. There is a "crook" in the plastic attachment coming out of the roller suction (and before the flexible hose) that catches pet hair and soon clogs the hose. Even when this crook is cleared the hose itself was so crammed with pet hair (maybe from the way the accordian hose is designed) that that also gets clogged (so badly in fact that we had to use a broom handle to ream out the hair after we detached the hose). Suction may initially test sufficiently but over time the suction on this vacuum cleaner seems to diminish even with maintenance of the parts. Bottom line: You should not have to disassemble and clean the hose parts after a few uses. If you have pets, especially, this vacuum cleaner is not for you.

Hi Zeus! Oh no, that doesn't sound right. We want to help. If your WindTunnel T-Series is clogging frequently, it is an indication of reduced suction. Please try this: The rinsable filter in the lid of the dirt cup is recommended to be washed every 4-6 uses. We also recommend that the long hose be removed from both ends and checked with a broomstick as well. This should help clear out clogs and increase suction, which will reduce clogs from forming. Hope this helps!
I bought this vacuum as a x-mas gift (to myself) and have been happy with it. I've read some of he reviews both good & bad, truly I think people don't take care of there products therefore, they have problems. I haven't had any problems but I've only owned it a month now. Overall, I think, for the price, ease of ordering & how fast it was available for pick-up I would suggest this to friends/family.
I bought this a month ago and it is doing great for my young family helpers. They love to push the button to get the cord in. They can push it back and forth with a little effort. (They do need some exercise.) It has very powerful suction!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought this vacuum based on high ratings from Consumer reports...I love it.Vacuumed earlier today with old unit and then again with this one..Amazing how much more dirt was sucked up..My area rug looks new.No smell when vacuuming is a plus too. My only very small negative I find is that the attachment hose is shorter than my previous unit.. But this unit sure sucks up dirt, dust and pet hair very well, and does not spit out dust or smell as your vacuuming..
