I used it one time and it worked great the second time I used it it made a noise and won't suck anything up and won't even turn on anymore. It has a smell of burnt rubber. Disappointing since I have loved it the first go around. I have tried all the troubleshooting videos and nothing has worked.

Hi Manda_Garza! That seems strange. We want to help. Your WindTunnel T-Series is equipped with a thermal protector that will shut it off if it becomes overheated. Overheating is caused by a clog. Please try the troubleshooting one more time: http://bit.ly/1jvx3tW. Be sure to check the belt, if you're smelling burnt rubber. If you're still having issues, we recommend bringing the vacuum in for service. This model carries a 2 yr warranty against manufacturing defects. To locate a Hoover Authorized Repair Center in your are visit: https://hoover.com/locator/. Please keep in mind the warranty doesn't cover for maintenance issues such as clogs, filters, belts, or brushroll. Thanks!
I bought this vacuum several months ago to replace an 8 year old Hoover Savvy whose time had come. At first I was pleased, but immediately regretted that the cord on this vacuum is shorter than my old vacuum, I have to unplug it far more often. Then, about a month into use I ran over the cord and the brush shredded the exterior to bits...I covered with electrical tape but it still seems excessive that the cord could be so easily damaged. Further, the first time I emptied the dirt cup, I could not get it to reseal with the vacuum properly, meaning I've lost suction and it occasionally throws vacuumed material back out into the air. Finally, today after several months of ownership but only sporadic use, the brush belt snapped. It seems like a good value, and when it's working right it's a good vacuum, but I do not recommend it at all.

Hi Exbats, we strongly suggest that you take your T series into one of our Authorized Dealer locations: http://hoover.com/locator/ in your area so that they can repair that cord. We do not recommend letting run with that electrical tape on it. While it's in the repair shop, the service tech can address your other concerns. Hope this helps. Thanks so much.
At first I really liked this product. However, now it completely turns off before I can finish vacuuming one room. I have read the manual and all the suggestions Hoover gives. There is not a clog. All the filters, hoses etc have been emptied and are clog free. I have had this about a year and now have to replace it. Don't buy
