I bought my windtunnel 7 or 8 years ago when I moved into my house and it has worked like a champ for me. Very happy I bought it and would recommend it to anyone.
I have had two of these now and they overheat very quickly.

Hi DSK1! Overheating is caused by a blockage in your T-Series. We want to help. We have some troubleshooting tips to resolve your issue. See here: http://bit.ly/1jvx3tW. Complete these steps to get your Hoover running like new. Let us know if you still need us!
We have had this vacuum for about over a year or more and it was working great up until a few months ago when I noticed the power button to turn it on and off was not as responsive. Expecially when trying to turn the unit off, you have to literally press the button 6 times before it shuts off, waste of time and energy (of the vacuum being on for that unnecessary amount of time)

I bought this vacuum a couple of weeks ago and love it. Not only does it clean very well, it is also light weight, easy to assemble and operate, and it has useful attachments.
I forgot to add one big additional benefit for this vacuum. The fact that it came with a 2 year warranty, when most other vacs were just 1 year. If this vac would have had a headlight, I would have given it 5 stars, thats the only reason I gave it 4 stars.
I've had the Hoover wind tunnel rewind bag less for about 3 months. I was using yesterday and it just shut off. Took it apart and cleaned it. Started using it again today and it shut off again. I'm not going to take it apart to clean it out everytime I use it. I've had hoovers before and never had this issue. It's going back asap!

Hi Mommy 3! You shouldn't have to clean out your T-Series after every use. We want to help. It sounds like you may be missing a commonly overlooked area, the lower hose. Take a look at this brief video here: http://bit.ly/1jvx3tW. Follow these steps to get your cleaner back working at its optimal performance. Let us know if you still need us!
I am pleased that the vacuum motor unit is solid and a little heavier, so that it does not give the impression that it is incapable of hugging the floor or carpet and lifting up the dirt. The construction and accessories and retractable cord are excellent. It has that great Hoover quality that I have come to know and love over the years. The unit is also quiet for what it does - not noiseless, but acceptable decibel levels. For the price, you are getting a LOT of vacuum cleaner. Real powerful, well made, functional and real easy to push and pull - not very hard on the arms at all. WELL DONE, Hoover!
Have had 2 years now, it worked great out of the box, but after about 6 months it was pretty much useless for anything other than dust. Have cleaned the washable filter twice as often as suggested but no improvement. Cleaned hepa filter with soft brush and it helped for about 2 uses. Without good suction the handheld beater brush attachment was worthless and I really needed that! My 30 year old Hoover is awesome, wish I could just get parts for that now instead of wasting my money on this one.

Hi PinkPanther! Sounds like there is a clog in the hose. Here is a suggestion that might help. Remove both ends of the hoses off cleaner. Run a broom handle through hose to knock out clog. Also, clear any debris around the brush-roll.
