I have had this vacuum for 1 1/2 year, out of warranty. This is my 8th belt on it, does not make sense. The vacuum picks up great when it works.

This is the worst sweeper I have ever owned. I am constantly taking it apart to clean out the jammed up hoses. Very poor design. I bought this to replace an ancient Hoover that still worked very well, but was starting to fall apart. Well I'm glad I kept the old Hoover, because I will not be wasting my time on this thing anymore

I purchased this Hoover because I needed a new unit for another house, not wishing to remove either of the two Hoover units that I've used for my primary residence for a number of years. I've been very happy with the two older Wind Tunnel models (with bags). However, since purchasing this unit about three years ago, I've had nothing but trouble with just average, weekly use on carpet and hard floor surfaces. It becomes clogged frequently and overheats. I'm very frustrated! This is my first online review of a product, but I'm so disappointed with it that I felt compelled to share what we've experienced.

Hi Linda, your T-Series should not give you any trouble no matter how long you own it. This model was actually the very first one I brought home when I started working for Hoover. I loved it! A lot of the time when overheating or excessive clogging occurs, a dirty filter or a clog somewhere that you didn't find it initially is the cause. I bought this Wind Tunnel T-Series a number of years ago, I think it was in 2014 and it is a good little vacuum, light weight does a really good job, I luv the retractable cord and all the accessories are on the vacuum and handy when you need them...great vacuum at a great price...luv it !!!

I have owned my Hoover for about half a year and on the very first use the belt came loose. I take the vacuum apart and fix and it continues to come loose ALMOST every time I use it. It's a shame because when the belt stays on it is one of the best vacuums I've owned!

The first few months I owned this vacuum, I couldn't have been happier by its performance. Until the belt broke. I replaced the belt...which was a fairly easy process. But after the belt replacement, my hose started to become clogged which inevitably led to the vacuum overheating and turning itself off. Belt broke again. Replaced again. Still cannot vacuum an entire room without the vacuum switching itself off due to overheating problems. I'm so frustrated. I feel betrayed! I loved this machine so much...until now.

Santa brought me this machine for Christmas. WOW. We vacummed the floors with our Dirt Devil, and then used this machine. We couldn't believe the crude it pulled up.We have indoor dogs, a wood burning five place, and five children. This machine is used DAILY! What a difference it has made on the appearance of the carpets, furniture and the air. I am loaning it to my mother for a couple of days so she can decide if she wants one as well.
