I have owned 4 other printers and decided I wanted to make larger photos and larger letters for my sign making hobby. The 13x19 format and the large ink capacity swayed my choice. I have been using this printer steadly for a couple of weeks now and it has preformed perfectly, ink use is excellent, color reproductions are excellent. Start up was easy right out of the box. This is my first Epson and I can tell you I will never go back to my old brand, which is probably the biggest seller on the market, some of those were trouble right out of the box. For anyone wanting big excellent copies I can recommend the 1100 wholeheartly.

This is a simple and inexpensive wide format printer. It was very easy to set up and does what i expected it to do, print detailed information into a large format so it is easier to read.

I own my own business and was in need of a large format printer on occasions. The installation was simple, straight forward and concise. I have owned other printers but this one is the best. Ordering was easy and it was delivered in a short time. Thanks Epson, I'll never stray as a customer!

This is a great product. I'm very pleased that I bought this unit. However it came with some bad ink cartridges and I had to go and replace them.

It's a work 'horse'. I'm using this for printing my online apparel patterns; it works like a charm as an alternative to my 24-inch plotter.

I had my previous Epson Stylus C62 for nine years without a problem. The internal ink pad that collects excess ink finally got full and it was going to cost more to get it fixed then to buy a new printer. So I purchased the Epson WorkForce 1100. I need a wide format printer and the price was right and my previous printer was so reliable that I thought I would give Epson another chance.
For Epson to request a review so soon after purchase, it seem a little premature. A review after 3 or 6 months would be more appropriate.
So far the printer has been working great.
