I will only buy Epson because their printers outlast every brand I have tried. I just bought 2 wide format 1100 printers and they are sweet. They are fast with beautiful print quality. My only complaint is they are loud. Over all very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is very impressive. I bought it (at a very reasonable price point), brought it home, installed it and without even calibrating it, printed a glorious, full color 13 x 19 poster. I do graphics work for a local community theatre and find that printing large, color posters at home is much more convenient and less expensive than using a professional print house. The full color function and clean lines this machine produces are a huge advertising boost for our ticket sales. I love this printer!!

Very Impressed So Far

I am very impressed with this printer so far; I have owned it for a few days. The colors are deeper and richer compared to my former printer, of a different company, that broke after 1.5 years. I was hesitant at first, but now I am very happy. I look forward to finding out more with what it can do and hope it will last longer than a year.

Excellent All Around Printer

This could be the best printer I ever had! Excellent all around printing, very fast, sharp, crisp fonts and handles large paper 11x17 very well. Some of my business requires color intensive printing and the 1100 comes thru with "flying colors" no pun intended! I highly recommend this printer to any one who needs a great all around printer!

Very nice for the price. I print plot plans the look pretty good. Not a laser jet but for the money can't go wrong.

"Why Wide Format"

An unusual but standard size of paper is 11" x 17". When it
is folded in the middle it becomes 8 1/2" x 11" and that is
a decent size for a civic club's Weekly or Monthly newsletter
AND 4 areas for text and pictures. Working with an Epson Workforce 1100 and 11 x 17 size paper makes it a pleasure
to turn out a weekly newsletter for my civic club. Previous
editors fussed and fumed over one sheet letter sized news-letters and the turnover of editors was not pleasant. Three cheers for Epson wide format printers.
