Constant jams and now it won't feed at all

I thought this was a great deal for a wide format printer until I started using it. I've dealt with constant paper jams no matter what type of paper I used and now one month after the one year warranty ran out, it will not grab the paper at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I did a lot of research before I purchased this printer and for what I needed it for was rated in the top 5 with Consumers Report.
I am very pleased with it performance and product it produces.
It was a very good choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great printer, and I have owned it for about three years. I had some knowledge issues on my part about Ink cartiges in the beginning. It is a USB feed, and I am using a print server "Hawking inc" and with Win 8 some issues have arrived and are still a problem. Not Epson's issues.
I do wait for a newer version of this Workforce 1100 that has builtin Network availablity or both would be great. A wide paper format has been great for Cad drawing, art projects, and poster designs at a reasonable price.... Thanks to design

great value for the price

Just started using 1100 so can't vouch for long term use but overall seems a great value. I was looking for 13x19 size with low maintenance cost (as in lower cost for ink) and since only 4 inks I'm not having to reload 7-9 inks just to operate. Print quality is very good especially for just 4 inks. It obviously doesn't have same photo print quality as the upper printers but then I wasn't paying for that. So for higher volume printing, good quality and great value for the money this seems to fit the bill.

I was in the market for a CAD plotter, then I found this machine. The price was great and the function of the printer is as good as any plotter I have ever used. You can print to the very edge of a 13 x 19 sheet! If you are into CAD work and looking for a plotter/printer this is the machine you want.
