Terrible suitcase. Zipper broke in very first trip & it was the bottom pocket so now it drags on the floor when i roll it. No way to fix it. On second use one of the locking straps broke off!!!

I purchased the Ripstop Duffel bag as a gift for my son. He is in his second semester of college and needed something a bit more heavy duty than the thin duffel bag he was using for traveling home. The bag is a bit longer and heavier than I thought it would be, but holds everything he came home with (including laundry and Christmas gifts.) The bag is well made and the side pockets are great for stuffing last minute items.

Hard to get service when you purchase it online. The company did not respond to inquiries. We have purchased seven of these bags now +5 smaller bags and we have only had one zipper break.
