Great design, faulty fabric

Bought the bag a year ago. After daily use to/from work/home for 6 months, took into the Samsonite store to exchange because the fabric was frayed on the sides. Bag was exchanged for an identical new bag. The second bag started to fray after 3 months. It's so unfortunate, because I love the design of the interior; I could easily carry a Macbook Air 13, an iPad, and a small lunch. Maybe if I used this only occasionally, it would have lasted longer. I'm now looking for a new bag.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Easy To Identify, Good Capacity
Cons: Poor Quality, Tears Easily, Weak Seams
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This bag is SO NICE that I only had it for a day before it was stolen out of my vehicle. The one day we spent together, though, was great. This bag can fit so much inside! The only thing I wished that it had was the strap to hold onto your luggage handle.
