Issue with quality

Unfortunately this bag did not hold up well at all. Used it for 4 flights and already one of the closures for the straps is broken and there is a tear in the nylon at the bottom portion of the bag that cannot be repaired. Very disappointed in the quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
