I was so excited when I saw this bag, ordered it! It lasted three trips. I travel quite frequently. The main zipper came off the track it would not stand up. I took it to a repair shop when I came home and it would’ve cost me more to have it repaired then to buy a new suitcase I opted to buy a new suitcase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
