This STEAM DRYER is huge and efficient. It keeps up with all the laundry I do. I have 6 kids, so I do laundry for 8 people and I am so happy I purchased this dryer. It looks great in my laundry room. Very sleek appearance AND more importantly does a terrific job. Thank you LG !!!!

Bought this unit with my matching washer. I never knew what I was missing until I started using thes units!. My clothes come out so much cleaner and just look better, its hard to believe! Simply great products! If you need new units, or even if you don't, I would highly recommend both of these to anyone!

Best dryer I've ever had. I find In low light, the print on the option buttons are hard to read. Other than that, its a great dryer.

Nice but faulty

After the second use, the steam feeder reservoir began to leak. There was a puddle in both my pedestal and on my floor. When the service tech arrived, I found out that there is known issue with using water other than tap water. If a water filter is in the home or a water softener or if distilled water is used, there is a strong likelihood that the dryer will leak since the dryer requires metal content in the water to operate properly. A lack of metals or a deficiency of them will cause a leak. It seems like the metal content of the water should be mentioned up front. I admit that there is a "tap water only" warning on the machine (to avoid using distilled water), but the water softener or filter should also be clearly stated.
Water type/quality does not seem to be my issue. They are sending me a new reservoir first to see if the issue is a faulty seal on the reservoir tank.
Pros: easy to use, Features/Settings

Love this Dryer

We originally purchased this dryer to match the LG washer we purchased the year before. I especially enjoy the ease in selecting the correct temperature and length of time for each load along with Steam Dry feature, which I wasn't sure I would use. Definitely recommend the pedestal bins as they make laundry sorting a breeze with limited laundry room space. A little over-priced though.
