Dream Machines!

After YEARS of meticulous research and waiting, we purchased the SteamWasher and SteamDryer through a special sale. Although we had to wait another 2 months to receive them - it was well worth the wait!
LG has, by far, the BEST in SteamWashers and SteamDryers and customer service is superb!
Our machines are in a 2nd floor laundry room. I quickly learned that any vibration issues were due more to improper or overloading of the machines. Once I discovered that, you can't even tell that they're running!

I love that it takes me less than half the time to do laundry and my clothes seem cleaner than ever.
The spin cycle on the washer makes drying time so much shorter since the clothes come out practically dry. I love the many settings on the dryer that let me dry things that I would not have even dared put in my previous one.
I also like the little musical "song" that is played at the end of the cycle, instead of the annoying loud "buzz" that was on my previeous dryer.
There are so many great features to both of these machines, it actually makes doing laundry a lot more interesting.
As I stated earlier, I have researched all the name brands of steam washers and steam dryers since they first came onto the market years ago. LG has consistently had the best ratings, service, features and reliablity. I would definitely recommend these machines to anyone!

I believe I made the right choice. Get the pedestals also they will save your back. The stainless steel is nice, and very easy to keep clean.

Love my new dryer

I thought that it would be difficult to use and hard to understand. I was wrong. It has ben easy to use and meets all my expectations. I absolutely love it.

LG all over the house

My home is full of LG appliances from fridge to dishwasher, microwave and now washer/dryer.
I couldn't be happier with this dryer's performance. My wife doesn't have to worry about wrinkles. It was a great value for the cost.

Our second set of LG Steam Washer & Dryer's

We purchased a LG Steam Washer & Dryer mid 2009 for our mountain home in Breckenridge, Colorado.
We have been very, very happy with the function, ease of use, ergonomics and features. The Value is as good as one can expect of a appliance of this quality.
We purchased another set for our home in Evergreen last month and are very, very satisfied with the product and the cleaning, not to mention the care afforded our garments.

Awesome Dryer

We bought this along with a 2501 series dryer about a month ago and are very impressed so far. This machine does a great job of drying massive loads of laundry, and the steam feature works well to reduce static and wrinkles...you will still have to iron things that need that crisp look, but it really helps a lot. We run at least 2 loads a day at our house...we love it so far.
