I have relied on your machine as well as the "genuine" filter for over 7+ years. It always amazes me how much your filter traps. I am diligent about changing the filter every 6 months. I'm glad that I set up an automatic subscription! Thanks to your great customer service rep who guided me through the process.

We had waited quite awhile to change the filter and when we did, it made a huge difference. I put it one a subscription and now we won't let it get this bad again.
