Great filters but there is a light, plasticy smell that takes a while to offgas. I removed the carbon filter because of the odor and that helped.

I have gone to this instead of the Dual Protection. I have found the Dual Protection filters have an odd smell to them which can be objectionable over time. These do not have the same smell. It also doesn't hurt that these are less expensive!

Does a great job cleaning the air. It’d be nice if you could take it apart and clean the fan blades and give it a squirt of oil when it starts squeaking
