50 bottle size is great for storing some of the wins I wish to hang onto for a while for further aging. I've found even larger diameter bottles can fit where some reviewers complain they cannot. Sure they are tight fits but its better than leaving them at room temperature. The single zone only makes sense to me. If I want a white to be cooler when I open a bottle, I have refrigerators for that purpose.
