I have had this washer, the coordinating space saving dryer and the stand since 2009. My condo has no laundry hookups and space is limited - so this machine is a dream! It is WONDERFUL and every bit as good as a full size. I only need to replace the faucet adapter which is why I am here ...and reading that this model is no longer being manufactured! Please GE, offer a comparable product! This is a must have for anyone with limited space, as well as those who need portability.

I love this washer! I'm handicapped and unable to leave my home. This washer hooks to my sink, I can easily hook everything up from a wheelchair! I totally love the little song it plays when its finished! the price was very high...but its sooo worth it to me...I washed my own clothes for the 1st time in 4 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer was delivered today and I used it immediately. I really was happy with all the options available and that the machine did all the selections for you with the Express Wash feature. The only problem I had was that the height of the unit given in the specifications did not take into consideration the water hose that extends out from the top of the machine. If they did --- then I missed it. In order to store it in the only place I have for it I had to remove the hose. No big deal, I guess.
I also was disappointed with the lack of adequate holders for the hoses in the back of the machine.
These are minor problems and I would still highly recommend this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This GE washing machine, now 5 years old, has been great. I have had other washing machines that leaked and needed frequent repairs. This one has been 100 percent perfect so far. You need to be careful to load clothes around the outside of the basket and follow all instructions in the manual. Not good for large loads but can handle them without blinking an eye. I try not to overload just because I want to keep it running well, but it can handle a great deal.

If you have a cat, you need this washer! Compact & efficient.

The difference in the cleanliness of my clothes was, and continues to be absolutely amazing. The lint and cat hair that other washers leave behind are filtered and kept out of the clothes. Absolutely love this washer.
