For the uses I have planned this is a wonderful projector. Compact, lightweight and more importantly through the USB connection it worked right out of the box.
And again for the periodic usage we will use the EX31 the price was GREAT!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This projector is excellent. I love using it in my classroom, and the kids are a lot more engaged. The set up was extremely easy, and the time it takes to start it up is quick.

Equipment that works when required

This projector is easy to operate once you figure out how to connect with your computer. When you press the HELP button, because there is no signal, one gets the correct advice on the screen. However that advice does not work until you figure out to press the function button and keep it down while the F5 key is tapped repeatedly instead of once. Once this hurdle was out-of-the-way the projector has been a delight to work with

Quick and Easy

This was without a doubt the quickest and simplest setup I have ever encountered with electronic goods. I took the projector out of the box, hooked it up to a USB port and in less than 2 minutes was able to deliver a presentation. There was no complicated setup regime, no software interpretation, and no complicated product manual to read through. It was just plug and play right as it was stated in the advertising! Well done, EPSON. You have listened well to the consumer and provided an excellent product at an affordable price!

A good value for the dollar. The images are sharp and of rich color but falls short on sound, the speaker does not produce enough sound for presentations, so if audio is important to your needs, then perhaps select another model or purchase external speakers for your laptop. The unit is easy to setup and was very impressed with the image quality.
