Not print on both sides

You need to fix the problem of this unit so you can pick it to print on both sides. Otherwuse it is a very good printer but finding ink is a problem, my local stores does not carry the LC61 ink.. I have to drive 25 miles to get ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have only had this machine for a couple of months and for some reason it continuously stops working. One day it works the next day it does not. I have been very disappointed. I shouldn't have to install the wireless software all of the time. Even then, it doesn't always work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the printer. just wish it had a bigger black ink cartridge and that I could copy both sides without having to take the paper flip it around, put it back in the paper tray and then print

Somewhat satified

I previously had a Brother MFC-420CN all-in-one printer which lasted for five years. Since I was very happy with it, when I needed a new printer, I decided to purchase the MFC-495CW. Although I am generally happy with this newer version, I am disappointed with the ink cartridges. My previous printer had a double-size black cartridge, which was great since I only do a limited amount of color printing. However, the newer MFC-495CW has the same small size cartridges for ALL printing heads, which means that I go through black ink very quickly and it could become very costly!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for Pictures

We sell used trucks and equipment, I print and scan a lot of pictures, does a great job! Easy to use and works well with my thumb drive. I also have a Brother laser HL-4070CDW. Both machines do a great job! Had HP before and like the Brothers equipment better!
