Worked well after "tuning" but now it ices up alot

At first a lot of things in the refrigerator compartment would freeze but since it was under warranty a repairman came out and caulked some of the holes from the freezer into the refrigerator which solved the problem. Now, however, the freezer accumulates a lot of ice inside the freezer compartment at the bottom. It melts and leaks out onto the kitchen floor. I tried defrosting for 48 hours and that helped for a while but now it's icing up again.
I would recommend this to a friend!
