I didn't want a microwave to take up precious counter space, so I had this one put in over the range. I have no complaints at all - looks nice and works well, though I haven't figured out "defrost" yet. And I am most DELIGHTED to be able to push the "2" for a few seconds, and ALL sounds go off - no beeps when I push in times, no beeps when the food is ready, no beep, beep, beeps when I can't get back to the microwave right away to open the door. It's great.

Just what I wanted

With limited counter space in our kitchen, this over the range microwave allowed us to reclaim much needed space without loosing the convenience of microwave cooking and without making the area look crowded. We love it!

This came built in with our Whirlpool range, and we love it! Has just enough pre-set buttons to keep the husband happy, and enough power and style to keep me happy! It was a wonderful addition to our home to find brand new appliances!
