This is a no frills, but reliable microwave. It is fairly loud but works just fine. It was fairly easy to install.

Works great, minimal issues

Had this microwave for about 2 or 3 months now... No real problems, just one complaint, the "done" buzzer is very quiet and difficult to hear from another room. The fan that turns on when the microwave is in use is rather loud, can't hear the tv while it's running.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect Microwave

I bought this oven as a replacement for a 30 year old unit. It was easy to install, and it's operation is absolutely fabulous.

mixed feelings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] thru the 42 yrs of marriage I bought whirpool a lot. I bought an over the stove microwave in aug or sept of 2014. it worked fine , looked great. stopped working in Jan 0f 2016. called whirpool. sent out a repair person. he said buy a new one. the controls are off kilter. bought another one. then called whirpool to say was not happy they did not stand behind their product. they sent out same repair person and he had a list of things to replace. replaced them and now I have 2 over the counter micro. giving the old one to my nephew. strange how they fixed it after I bought two.

This microwave is not only easy to operate, it's beautiful! It looks so nice in our kitchen, and it's easy to clean. It was a bit of work to install but well worth the effort!
