This was an exciting experience. Just got my new Char-Broil grill and was able to assemble it without any problems by using the step by step instructions that were provided. I am looking forward to grilling out. Thanks for providing such a great product that even a "senior" lady can use!

Design flaw

I have owned a CharBroil for 8 years and love it...still going strong! I recently bought this new small traditional 2 burner CharBroil and assembled it for my daughter after buying another "no name" grill for her less than 2 years ago which was horrible, unsafe, and is rusting and falling apart already. The quality of this CharBroil product is exceptional. Perfect for a small family. I am 62 years old and have bought and assembled a number of grills in my day, and can not say enough good things about CharBroil. Perfectly machined parts, solid as a rock when assembled, designed with safety and durability in mind, finished perfectly (does not rust even if stored outside with no cover!), no missing parts, just a high quality product for a very reasonable price. You do good work, CharBroil!

Medium grill that cooks like a much larger one.

When I bought this grill about a month ago I thought it was going to replace the same one that I had previously bought 6 years earlier. It turns out that in those 6 years Char-Broil made major improvements and upgrades! For the price I paid catching it on sale this grill was a major steal. The only problem I can complain about is the assembly as the directions are correct but it does take a little more time than I thought.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problem assembling the grill

I am trying to attach bottom grill pan and it does not match with legs. Can not put any screw through the legs.

Not the best quality. The knobs are cheap and doesn't cook evenly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The grill was what I expected for the cost. It is too light weight so it shakes and moves when scrubbing the grate. Other than that the grill cooked fairly evenly and always ignited easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Instruction Manual Very Hard to Understand, Have never had such a bad experience with a product like I have had with this One!!!!! Never again will we purchase Char-Broil Over 4 hours of putting together to find out it was wrong manual sucks ended up putting pit out in the trash!!!
