This is the second time I've bought these resistance loops. I buy new ones every 4 to 6 months depending on the amount of use. They're easy to use and for the price I think it's a reasonable investment to have the different strengths. Every now and then they do roll up, but I've had that issue with other brands as well - it's not something unique to these specifically. I recommend these as a starter for my clients for both in the gym and at-home workouts.
These are my favorite bands. The strong one is my favorite and they last a good long while. I use them daily folks! Great for side squats and leg lifts if u put them around your ankle. The heavy one is nice and sturdy. It also comes with a small training manual if you need it. I like them i recommend them I have found alot of bands that are flimsy and do nothing to work me out these are good quality especially for the price.
I use mine 5/6 x a day and these have lasted for months now lettering is gone on them but other than that they are amazing and I love them. Can’t beat the price
I had some longer bands like this, but needed some of these smaller 9" ones to do Beachbody's upcoming 80 Day Obsession program. I've been using this for some moves in their teaser program A Little Obsessed, and they work great. All bands like this tend to slide up a bit, but these stay in place pretty well, and it helps if you wear them over fabric (as opposed to bare skin). As you can see from the attached photos, they are each around 9" (give or take a bit), and the little booklet that comes with it is a great way to find exercises to do with these. The coil binding and thick board paper make it stand up easily. This is a nice set, and I just wish it came with a bag to store the loops in.
These bands are dope! You can vary the resistance by rotating the three different resistance levels. They work well with kettlebell combos too and I'm starting to see more muscle definition and a little lift to my butt which is what it's all about!
