We purchased this dryer for a rental house because we have had good luck with Whirlpool appliances being dependable. We do not need to be running after parts, meeting a repairman, nor buying something new all the time! ALSO very important - Even short people like me can reach the controls when it is stacked.!!!!!!

This is the companion to my washer which I also love. The dryer is so spacious and fast What took my old dryer 1 hr to dry, the Whirlpool takes 26 mins. I love the wrinkle option, in case I don't get to the dryer immediately. Would definitely purchase this dryer again.

I was looking for a new dryer with similar features to my old Kenmore and this really fits the bill. It has the right combination of settings to dry any type of laundry need, and it works every time.

Not my first Duet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The previous one is still going strong at my grandchildren's house.There is one thing that is an issue with this dryer. I have put it in a stacked configuration and doing so has made it difficult to read the settings because the dial is in the way. One suggestion would be to put all of the settings on one side or the other.
