I bought a month ago and I have been happy with this dryer, I bought this dryer to replace my old whirlpool duet front load dryer that I had for 9 years.

We got this machine a few weeks ago and I am lovin' it!!! I had debated over whether to get the steam feature and decided to go with this. It is great! Works even better than I had hoped! I'm hooked!

missing the older model

I had to replace my gas version of this dryer with a recent move. I prefer the controls of the older model. The dryer is fine in operation but the electronic beeping alert is incredibly annoying. Just turning onthe unit I have to live through a silly electronic tune. I don't care to have an obnoxious alert go off when the cycle is complete. The older version allowed to silence this alert - the new one does not allow for that. There is no running the dryer just before bedtime because this will wake you up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago & have no complaints. Unlike my last dryer my clothes come out dry in only one cycle. We bought the washer dryer set & stacked them. Best idea ever! Both run so quietly you for get you turned them on.
