I was without a dryer for a year and it was worth the wait. This dryer is quite and efficient. It is a nice looking appliance.

This has been a great dryer so far! No problems and dries clothes extremely fast! Love all of the different setting and the eco boost option!

I bought this a month ago and pretty pleased with it. I just wishit had a dampness sensor on it. I noticed that the wash issometimes damp yet when the machine shuts off. But, I mightjust not be using the right setting.

So wonderful not to have to bend over, just remove clothes from washer directly into the dryer (both on the pedestals, a must for everyone super convenient)!!Drying time is half of old dryer, which was also a Whirlpool appliance (15 yrs old & was still working, we were just ready for an upgrade). The sound level was important as we are in a one floor condo.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not what we expected

Reviews on this model are good so we did not anticipate the problems we have had with it in the first few weeks. The "check vent" warning light keeps coming on, and often the dryer will shut off when this happens. We have thoroughly checked the vent, all the way to the point where it leaves the house, and can find no obstructions or other problems. We are able to use the timed cycle without this warning light, but with a brand new machine I would like all cycles to function as we expected. (We intend to contact Whirlpool about this issue soon).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
