If you did not use these it would not be the end of the world, it does clean up the ends of the wall tracks where they are exposed. Installing them isn't as easy as fitting them on the ends, you have to place them on the track and smack it on with your hand. A couple of the tabs broke off while installing these however they still mounted. If they are close to a light switch or garage door opener and could be touched, you could glue them on.

Simple but makes a big difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shelf is not only extremely easy to put up it is EXTREMELY STRONG as well. I only have one shelf right now however I will be purchasing more for my garage and basement. If you are timid because you have to install them don't be, like I said it is extremely easy. If you need storage and are wanting a shelf THIS IS IT. I have shown my neighbors and family and everyone I showed really like them and plan on going out and purchasing them as well. The end caps really makes the shelf look great.

The finish is nice and it was easy to install on the shelf. Took no time to add to the shelf. Seems very durable. Would definitely recommend this product to purchase with the shelf. I will definitely purchase with my additional shelf i will be purchasing later.

Great end caps!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say about these end caps, works great with the other Garage works Gladiator items that I own. The GearTrack is wide and the channels were of high quality. The two pack is nice because one would not have been enough to suffice. I like the color, because it matches the other Garage works Gladiator items that I have in my garage storage solution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought these end caps from gladiator to finish off my shelf brackets for my gladiator shelf and was glad I did. They make the end of the brackets look very proffessionaly finished and helps with the stability of the shelf itself too. I highy recommend you getting these along with the channels to hook up your new gladiator shelf onto to make it look really finished and neat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These end caps completes my geartrack shelf system I have installed in my garage.
I have few channel tracks installed on my garage wall. I have a shelf unit on it and with hooks, I have also hung bunch of gardening tools.
These end caps completes the look and ensures nothing slides or fall out. Especially since I have hooks on the bottom hinges.

Depends on how long of tracks do you get. I got enough so that one side ends near a door, and one towards middle of the wall. So I just needed the end caps for the wall ending side.
It's great and would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The end caps really clean up the look of the gear track channels. I mean they are not necessary. They don't add any function to the gear track set but they do make your tracks look more professional, especially if you cut any pieces of track to fit a space. They slide on the end and do not require any hardware to keep in place. They are easy to remove if you need to slide on new gear.

I really like the GearTrack system because of it is easy to install and very customizable. I got these End Cap to give my channels a nice clean look. The caps are also very easy to install. All you have to do is just snap them onto the end of the channel and then you done. I would recommend!
