At my age (70+) it is very easy to use. I set it up by myself from NEW.
P.S. still struggling with Windows 8.1!!!!!!!

They always get you on the ink. But for speed of printing and features it is otherwise VG

I am sure that I will eventually become familiar with the printer but I think it will take some time. Everything I have tried so far takes time and error as the documentation is inadequate for a non-technical person and I think a person with limited background in computer technology would find the instructions very very difficult. Many will simply give up.

This is my fourth epson printer and i have been very happy with all of them. The epson xp310 was just so easy to set up and the print quality is fantastic, so much printer for so little cost, love it!!!

I have always had trouble in setting up a printer for some reason but I found this printer so easy. I set it up using the WiFi feature and now can print from my Ipad from the other room in the house. I would so recommend this printer for everyday use. Quality is just as good as some much more expensive printers I have owned in the past. Great buy.

Just recently bought an Epson XP-310 for my parents because their old one was getting to expensive to maintain and we were amazed by the features, quality and value for money.
The WIFI connect has made life a lot easier so now they don't have to go upstairs to print and we can print from all devices. The Epson connect is also a fabulous feature, since both my parents are both unwell instead of sending them emails when Im not home i can send them fun messages through the printer and its in a main traffic area so they get it pretty much straight away. We cant believe we didnt get one sooner. We have also been a fan of Epson but this product has concreted our standing that ours next products will defiantly be Epson. Will for recommending to friends and family.

Having only just purchased the printer. The set up and instructions were easy to follow and the sample prints I put through the printer are very good. Very happy with the printer.

Minimal, compact design, quiet, simple to use, wi-fi

Looking for a quick multi-tasker for general use, research led me to the Epson Expression Home XP-310. The features I sought included ease of operation, multifunction without fax, good resolution, compact form, low cost of / & easy replacement of individual ink tanks, wi-fi , relatively quiet and all for a good price. This model fits well: Quick and handy for sudden tasks where I don't have time to fiddle and tweak images or documents. Quieter than another Epson model I have had, it looks neater and the individual ink tanks are more easily accessed. I will only require help with the wi-fi & am using a cable in the meantime.
