A bit difficult to connect WiFi first up. Instructions supplied were very basic. Only trial and error allowed me to finally get connected.

The product has good features

I had problems installing the product and had to get help from someone to set it up but now that it is up and running I can say that it prints quite quickly and colour pages are very bright and clear. It is taking me some time to work out how to use the control panel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a fantastic small printer. It is very quiet and works at a good speed. The control panel on the front is clear and easy to follow. Ink is a reasonable price and easy to replace.

Just what I wanted - speed, functionality, low cost.

This printer does exactly what the documentation said - easy to set up (I use it wi-fi), use, load paper, ink etc. I love the top load - a feature I seriously missed on my previous printer. Quick to print, and output quality is great on a variety of mediums, and I have certainly put it through it's paces. A great little package at an affordable price, even the ink cartridges. Haven't and won't use the fax, so I don't about that. Photocopy is okay, but I've only used it once.
