I purchased this stove 3 days ago to replace a builders grade one that we had. It cooks evenly and the oven space is wonderful. We are looking forward to trying out the warming drawer feature as well as the slow cook feature. I did notice it has a griddle control setting and I had a question. Was the unit supposed to include the griddle accessory or is it to be bought seperately? If seperately, can you provide me with a part number? Thank you so much.

This unit was In the house when we purchased it. Where can I find the BTUs for each burner? And what piece is recommended to use for the bridge burner? It's been a very good stove.
